My husband and I sayed at Kilmaronock House on April 2007. The house itself is stunning and location great. Ishbel and Richard are wonderfull very helpful even offered to take us to our chosen restaurant to save us driving. We stayed in the Lomond Suite, which is stunning and of exceptional standard for a bed and breakfast.
The only down side is cat hairs. They were all over the carpet in the Lomond suite and the chairs ect. Fortunately the were not on the bed as this would have ment an abrupt end to our overnight.
I even had a cat hair in my scrambled egg.
So overall exceptional and stunning, but they need to give some attention to hygeine and overall cleanliness as this is the one thing that would put me off going back.More
