“Beautiful location, lovely and clean property.”
Reviewed 1 May 2018 for a stay in October 2017

We stayed last October 2017..sorry for late review but life been very hectic.
The location is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful - we had good weather so we got to see Loch Lomond at its very best.
This rental was not large but perfect for our 31st wedding anniversary celebration.
Spotlessly clean, everything we needed, very comfortable beds and literally on the edge of Loch Lomond.
The owner John introduced himself, showed us round and gave us all relevant information, offered any more help should we need it and left us to enjoy our fabulous holiday.
We took a boat trip round Loch Lomond which was a delight - again in beautiful sunshine!
We travelled to Loch Katrin - again very beautiful.
We also visited the stunningly beautiful Kelpies - something on our bucket list and this definitely didn’t disappoint either , so beautiful that we visited day and again at night.
What we also really liked about this location was that we were very much in the midst of Loch Lomond but then were only a short distance from the Co-op - so groceries were easy to pick up too.
We had wanted to visit Scotland for many years and we were certainly not disappointed - fell in love with Loch Lomond, Scotland and we will definitely return here.

“Lovely stay”
Reviewed 10 April 2018 for a stay in April 2018

Myself and three others stayed in the property for three days and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and cosy, wonderfully presented with John to meet us at the door.

Recommend staying within the property.

“When in Scotland, stay in a castle!”
Reviewed 29 January 2018 for a stay in January 2018

We stayed in accommodation Number 7 and could not have been happier with our time there. Warm, homely feel from the moment we stepped in, after spending the day out and about it was just perfect to come back to every evening.

“Memorable place to stay”
Reviewed 12 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Well equipped, comfortable and quiet apartment in a memorable location on the banks of Loch Lomond.
It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area for example climbing Conic Hill and then having coffee and cake in the St Mocha (cafe near the carpark in Balmaha); visiting Finnich Glen (go up the hill and walk along before using the ropes to descend to the gorge); walking along Puck's Glen - a magical place (about an hour's drive).

“Lomond castle”
Reviewed 14 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Owner very nice, showed us around etc. Apartment spacious and clean. Twin room small but adequate having said that apartment in general bigger than I expected going by the photos. The grounds were lovely. Would recommend and would stay again.
