Myself and my family stayed at Sally's cottage for the 2nd time in just over a year. On arrival we received a lovely warm welcome from Sally. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, Sally has everything covered even down to the welcome goodies to get your stay started. Cottage is in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended! Thanks Sally we will be back!
What a wonderful cottage to have a holiday. Sally, the owner has provided everything and more to make you feel welcome. On the outskirts of Kirriemuir the birthplace of JM Barrie author of Peter Pan. Also birthplace of Bon Scott of heavy metal band AC/DC. Very close to Glamis Castle for those interested in history.
And the added bonus of being dog friendly!
Lovely cottage. Sally met us as we arrived. She certainly has gone above and beyond expectations. Would recommend to anyone
Fabulous week in Scotland. We combine a holiday with visiting family nearby so have visited this area a number of times. We wish we had found this cottage earlier, we will definitely be trying to book again. Lovely well equipped cottage, spotlessly clean with a lovely outside area to sit when the weather permits. We are fortunate enough not to need disabled facilities but the cottage itself and the bathroom are well set up to allow easy access. The generous welcome package was much appreciated after a long journey up. Thanks again, hope to see you again soon
We had an excellent 2 weeks stay in Garden Cottage. Sally & Simon thank you very much for the "Welcome Pack" it was greatly appreciated. This 5 star Holiday Cottage is ideally situated for a holiday in the Angus area. For walking the beautiful Glens of Prosen, Isla, Clova, Doll & Esk are all within striking distance as is the most enjoyable river/gorge walk along the Highland Fault Line from Edzell up to "The Rocks of Solitude". Brisk Coastal Walks should also not be missed. The historic buildings of Dun, Glamis and Scone are certainly well worth a visit. Being ex military HM Frigate Unicorn, RRS Discovery and The Black Watch Museum where definitely highlights. As were the treats we found when we got back to the cottage in the evenings. Thank you again Sally. For dinner very good meals were enjoyed in The Strathmore Arm in Glamis and for something different try the High Teas in Armstrong's 200 yards down the road in the caravan park.
