We both thoroughly enjoyed the grilled sea bass while sitting in the bright and lovely dining room. The whole meal was delicious and nicely plated. The dessert menu was delightful, especially the torte. The servers were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Having had this restaurant recommended several times and ignored it due to the external appearance, we decided to try it for lunch today: so glad we did!
I had the trio of seafood: crayfish cocktail, rolemop herring and salmon pate - my husband had soup and sandwich ... all delicious. Mine was so good I added some delicious oysters!
We will definitely visit again as others around us had spectacular-looking seafood platters that I’d love to try! Service was quick and friendly. So glad we decided to visit.

We booked here for a birthday meal, while staying in Aberfeldy. We had pigeon breast (with black pudding and goat's cheese) and a blue cheese soufflé as starters, both followed by seafood platter. The food was absolutely fantastic. We had a nice bottle of Tempranillo for about £19. The restaurant and service were both great. We had a 20 minute walk to and from town which was fine. Would definitely recommend if staying nearby and especially for a special occasion.

Recommended by locals. Some good reviews on here. But really, it’s not for us. Soufflé starter was good. Mussels and sauce lacked flavour and too much watery sauce. Garlic bread seemed to be out of a packet. Surf and turf for main was a joke. Small steak, chewy at best, with 2 prawns on top and freezer chips, does not equate to £26. Sea bass was lovely but surrounded by OAP vegetables, blurgh. No need in this day and age. Staff were greatly, they did ask us if everything was ok and we did that British thing of saying yes, paying and leaving.

This is one of the best restaurants in the area, excellent food, unpretentious, lovely views and attentive staff. This was our fourth visit and it just gets better and better. The oysters and the duck main course were superb.
