Stayed one night. Very friendly place. Room - clean and comfortable. Food - excellent with great dining room and bar atmosphere. The village is delightful, with the harbour, beach and firth a short walk away. Train from the village to Edinburgh Waverley - 30 minutes. Perfect

After a mix up when we arrived regarding our booking the staff on hand could not have been more accomodating. They explained the booking had not come through but went out there way to arrange a room for us. The hotel is stunning and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Will definately be back and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Made to feel welcome and important from the minute we arrived. Thanks for a fabulous night away.

Good to have a wee day out exploring didn't realise Aberdour was handy to get to both by car or train. Lovely little village one Main Street a castle and a witches shop. Lovely views of the shore. A few nice places to eat chose the Aberdour house hotel right on the Main Street. Nice decor and very helpful staff served by Pam. Food was delicious and a good selection freshly cooked my mother had the one and only sea bream with mussels and squid she loved it and she's Italian descent !! House wine went over a treat would definitely go back !!

Stayed here for the first 3 nights during a 2-week visit to Scotland. Turned out to be a very wise choice. Very easy to walk to the train for a quick ride into Edinburgh, and then back to the quiet of a nice little town. The breakfast was very nice and filling for the day. Only had soup at the restaurant, and it also was very good.
A very nice stay.

Room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable.(stable room) Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive.
Food was good and reasonably priced. Both dinner and breakfast were of a high standard with good sized portions.
Stay here and enjoy it as much as we did
