Selection of drinks and cakes good. Very impressed with service. Tea cake was huge so we shared and had gorgeous home made jam. It had a lovely ambiance and very good price.

As a wheelchair user we parked in the disabled bays and displayed my blue badge. We were immediately accosted by a very officious woman who told my companion we could not park there unless properly disabled. At the time he was struggling to get my wheelchair out of the boot. He told this woman that I was disabled and she allowed us to remain in the parking bay. Good of her!!!
We entered the mill building which is a beautiful old watermill filled with some rather odd overpriced crafts. The building was serviced by a lift to all floors which was great. Sadly we were disappointed that more crafts were not displayed and that the exhibitors were not there displaying their skills.
The officious woman appeared to be running the cafe so we avoided going there as didn't feel she deserved our money
Won't be returning any time soon

There were some beautiful craft work on show, some of it very expensive but nice to admire. I was disappointed to find that the cafe was closed as it had been hired for a wedding.

Friends of ours visiting us over Easter weeks, took us out to Wimbourne to especially visit Walford Mill Crafts. It proved to be most interesting. Old country buildings by the riverside, containing exhibitions of local interest, both historical and contemporary. There were also workers exhibiting hand made jewelry, woodcarvings, silk work, drawings and paintings, hand worked greetings cards etc. all very laudable. There is also a cafe/ bistro on site offering many home made delicacies. Pay-parking is available.
