“Excellent family accomodation”

We stayed here with our daughter and her children. It's rather amusing staying in a police station. It's convenient, a good location and it has been sympathetically converted although a bit quirky in some aspects. The beds are comfortable and it's well furnished. There is some road noise but it is not intrusive and car parking was not a problem.

Well serviced and provisioned property. Tastefully decorated throughout. Funky architecture and layout adds to the experience.
Location great for exploring the Jurassic Coast.

“Great holiday rental”

Lovely holiday home, really well equipped and very spacious. Only thing missing was a washing machine. Location close to the beach, Weymouth and many places to visit.

“Good house, good location, great view”
Reviewed 1 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

The property was as described and larger than anticipated. Although there is a designated car parking space behind the property, we managed to park on the road outside the property which was more convenient.

Ground floor
The kitchen is large and well equipped with the dinning area to one side being conveniently placed and big enough to seat seven people. In addition to the kitchen, there is a shower/toilet and an en-suite bedroom. The entrance hallway has plenty of hooks for coats and space for leaving shoes.

First floor
The lounge is larger than the photos suggest, has excellent sea views and also overlooks Chesil beach. There is a toilet off the lounge which is very convenient and saves trips up and down the stairs. These are the only rooms on this floor.

Second Floor
There are two bedrooms upstairs, neither being en-suite and no bathroom or toilet. The ceilings are sloping with skylight windows which are easily opened and give good views.

The property was very comfortable and warm and although was on three floors it was not inconvenient in anyway for our party.

Reviewed 26 April 2016 for a stay in November 2015

We had a fantastic weekend last November in this fabulous house with 4 friends. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and even in the windy, wet weather the house felt warm and friendly. The large kitchen was ideal for friends to re group in to prepare food and share a meal. There were plenty of games and books and a good sized TV for relaxation in the 1st floor sitting room. The beach is a stroll away from the house as is a very friendly pub which serves good food. The views of the beach and coast are fabulous from the windows at the front of the house. We are looking forward to another visit soon.
