“Very cosy cottage, and perfect base for exploring the Dorset coast”

Just come back from a few days based at this georgeous little cottage. So well placed for exploring the Dorset coast , westwards along Chesil beach over to the Jurassic coast and Lyme Regis, and Eastwards towards Swanage. We got lucky with the weather in Feb and enjoyed some wonderful walks around Portland and over the Golden cap. Great pub the Cove House on Chesil beach and, good local India and Chippy. If you like your sea food, try the Crab House on Chesil and the River cafe at West Bay - well worth the drive. Very cosy cottage, very well equipped and comfortable. We'll definitely be back.
