“Beautiful property, immaculately presented , great welcome treats.....”
Reviewed 12 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

Great location with good access to nice walks along coastal path - good pubs/food nearby and fantastic farm shop just over the road. Only a stone's throw from Lyme Regis and West Bay - both lovely spots. The accommodation was immaculately presented and very comfortable - seemed like a brand new build. We had a great vacation, worth mentioned the road noise from the A35 - didn't bother us at all but it is there

“Lovely Accommodation for a Great Break on the Dorset Coast”
Reviewed 25 April 2018 for a stay in April 2018

My wife and I wanted somewhere to stay for a relaxing week away on the South Coat of Dorset. We found exactly what we wanted with Pydelspring!

The accommodation itself is perfect for a couple looking to escape. This is a small self contained property, excellently decorated and with everything provided that you could possibly need. French doors open into an open plan long / dining room/ kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you could need, including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, I could go on! The lounge has a good LCD TV and there is good WiFi provided. The welcome pack left for us included milk, coffee and local biscuits! Upstairs, a comfortable bed and small bathroom.

The french doors open out onto a small gravel patio area with a pub style bench, overlooking a small shared garden and views of the South Coast, just perfect. There is a main road very nearby which you can see and hear but it doesn’t disturb you.
The location is great for walks on the South Coast, leaving via the back gate, crossing the main road you can be in Seatown in under an hour. The nearest local pub, the Clock House in Chideock is about a 25-30 minute walk away and the George about a 30 minute walk away. We spent a few nights in the Clock and found them very friendly and welcoming and the food very good. Bridport is about a 10 minute drive away, West Bay 15 minutes and Lyme Regis 15 minutes the other way.

Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing break away from it all and this was helped no end by the quality of the accommodation. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.

“Outstanding holiday property ”
Reviewed 26 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Absolutely lovely comfortable accommodation. Great location as a base for rambling walks, stunning beach views and great local food. Special place for couples to relaxing and unwind. Would most definitely recommend this well presented looked after barn conversion. Hopefully we can visit again one day soon. Thank you Chris for being on hand in giving us directions to the property and many thanks for the personal touches these were much appreciated. Big thumbs up.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Good instructions given to find the property. Near some great walks and beautiful scenery. Felt 'away from it all' but near local amenities for shopping etc. Certainly would recommend to others, and would love to return in the future.
