“Wonderful hidden paradise”
Reviewed 30 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend. We loved every second! The camping coach is beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing and is clearly a Labour of love. The living van is also gorgeous and a lovely place to relax and watch the sunset. The setting is perfect. Overlooking fields, it's tranquil and relaxing. The pub was a 20 min stroll away and again had beautiful views and scrummy food. Marion and Charles were a pleasure and Marion even gave us a lift part way to the cider farm so we wouldn't be late.
The coach has everything u could need and is really cosy. Do read the book on the restoration of both as it's a fascinating story.
Couple of gorgeous pooches kept us company occasionally as well (pip and rusty)
We will defo be back. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

“Long weekend break”
Reviewed 15 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

3 night break with Grandson in this unusual accommodation. Great location, easy to get to all the activities we chose to do and within easy reach of beautiful beaches and towns/villages. Great facilities, hot shower, all the cooking equipment you need. Separate accommodation for the kids which gives them great bit of independence but close enough to feel they are ok. Totally clear sky with no light pollution great star watching,, beautiful.

“Tranquil and unique!”
Reviewed 22 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Beautifully restored railway carriage in a stunning, peaceful location. This is luxurious camping with all necessary facilities included. Hosts lovely and friendly. This was a very thoughtful treat from our children and we were certainly not disappointed.
