Just returned from a weekend break at 30 The Ashes. Would highly recommend. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, spotless clean and very well equipped.
Great location in a beautiful area of Devon, Good base for exploring the area.
We stayed for 3 nights in total. The caravan itself is modern and well equipped and feels very luxurious. The park is lovely and peaceful with a well stocked little shop. There is also a bistro on sight which we didn't use. 3 miles down the road at Woodbury there is a lovely Chinese/chip shop takeaway which we had on one evening which was lovely. There is also a shop there for anything you cant get on sight. Highly recommend the caravan, would definitely stay again. Our only gripe was because of the trees surrounding the caravan you don't get a lot of sun as the trees block it but other than that it was lovely.
Caravan was very clean and modern. Comfortable with easy access. Young son 5 loved it. Proved to be a good base for us to travel to various beaches and days out. Fully equipped with all we needed.
Site was nice as it has a restaurant open 6-9pm so not noisy in the evening. Staff very friendly.
Very reasonable price too for the first week in August.

We stayed here for a long weekend while down in Devon for a wedding. I was nearly put off by the fact that there were no reviews so I thought I'd write one as soon as we got back...
The caravan was spotless when we arrived and really well equipped. It had everything you could need (apart from a cafetiere but we are coffee addicts so always take one with us). There is loads of cupboard and storage space, a decent shower and two loos. There is fast wifi available for a small fee - £10 for two devices for 4 days. The holiday park is very well kept and incredibly quiet. It's a great location and really quick and easy to get to from the M5.
We chose this caravan as my husband uses a walking frame and it has a ramp rather than steps. He was able to use his frame in the kitchen and sitting room and the hall was narrow so he just lent on the wall! The main bedroom is a good size, the twin one small but fine. Lots of windows, all double glazed and easy to open and a very efficient heating system (which we needed one day) and an electric fire in the sitting room. All the park staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended walks we could do with the mobility scooter.
