“Central little house”
Reviewed 4 October 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Ideal for us with two bicycles for easy access to Exe Estuary cycle path and ferry to Starcross to cycle back to Exeter.

Liked the excessive amount of crockery to fill up dishwasher.

PS Bed is now normal size !!

It is 3 minutes walk to the estuary and 10 minutes from the town.A light and comfortable living space and bathroom. Our only problem was the bed size.We are used to a super king and this must be the smallest double possible so a bit cramped. We were staying here whilst taking part in a sailing regatta and although many people had smarter accomodation it was very competively priced and no one had such a convenient locationThere were four of us and it worked fine .We would use it again

Really nice place. Great position close to marina, beach and town centre! Clean and homely. Set back away from road and the neighbours were friendly.

“Fabulous A******”

This is a fabulous cottage located easy walking distance to beach, shops, station and marina. We've stayed here both august 2012 and 2013 and returning this year and next if it's available.

Our children love the cottage as it's just like Jason masons house off the cbeebies grandpa in my pocket show. The house is well equipped and easily sleeps us four. The decor and furniture really set it off, it's very stylish yet comfortable. Parking is easy as there is sometimes parking on the road, or there is a council car park 2 mins walk from the cottage were you can pay for a weekly pass (about £25) and you can use it anywhere in the East Devon region. Great to fill the car for the beach and park cheaply as £6 per day! Julie is fantastic and answers all questions quickly. Great, fast contact by email. I would recommend this cottage to anyone as it caters for families and couples.
