“Cute holiday hideaway”

Ideal for two! In a lovely location this barn conversion was a comfortable base for our holiday in Devon. Lustleigh is a small hamlet with a shop and pub lots of lovely walks around the area. Would recommend.

“tranquil retreat”
Reviewed 13 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

My wife and I plus our dog had a very nice weeks stay in this small but compact little converted barn. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There are walks around and it is not too far from the coast if you fancy a day out. It is a very quiet relaxing place and the village is nice with a good pub.
p.s. The property is on Mill lane and not Mill road .

“Cute and cosy”

My husband and I have just spent four days in Mill Barn. It is a gorgeous little cottage with a secure garden for our tiny Yorkshire terrier. Although the weather was wet and cold we were warm and cosy inside, in fact when we lit the log burner, it was so hot we opened all the windows! Beautiful walks along the river, lovely thatched cottages, dog friendly pub with good food and friendly people, what more could you want? We shall be back!

“The prettiest place in the world!”
Reviewed 28 October 2013 for a stay in September 2012

My husband and I have stayed at Mill Barn in Lustleigh four times so far and we plan to go back as soon as possible! It is such a lovely, peaceful and pretty place to stay! The perfect place for a romantic getaway and situated in the middle of beautiful Dartmoor, it has so many things to offer!
The owners are very helpful and superfriendly and do everything to make our stay perfect every time. Mill Barn is very comfortable, cosy and clean and a perfect basis for whatever you want to do when you explore Dartmoor and the Devon coast.
I can't recommend this place high enough. It's completely stolen our hearts.

Hey Corinne & Wilhelm,

Thank you for your review. Lustleigh might seem like a bit if a come down after your sabbatical in Australia. Come back soon as the local economy (the pub and the farm shop!!!) need your support!

We look forward to welcoming you soon. Roddy misses you!

Cheers,

Ben & Liz

“'Perfectly Peaceful'”
Reviewed 9 October 2013 for a stay in February 2013

We have stayed at Mill Barn on six seperate occasions and at different times of the year. We have never been disappointed. The owners could not have made us feel more welcome (so much so we just keep coming back) They are always keen to check in and make sure we are enjoying our stay. For our past couple of visits we have taken our 18 month old and the barn has been perfectly comfortable for a small family. We simple took a stair gate with us and that was all we needed to get by. The views from the barn are perfect and what you would hope for from an idealic Devon village, Lustleigh is divine. We plan again soon. Thank you Ben and Liz for letting us use you're beautiful barn.

Hi Tash & Neil,

Thank you so much for your review.

Lustleigh misses your presence and the pub quiz is lost without your sporadic winning and wooden spooning appearances.

We hope to see you again soon.

Take care,

Ben & Liz
