We have never visited a Caribbean restaurant before, but the great reviews meant we gave it a try, and I'm so glad we did.
We were lucky enough to get a window table, with great views over the harbour. The staff were really friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu and the atmosphere was great.
The food did not disappoint, we had dumplings, Jerk chicken (tasty, with a bit of a kick), Trinidad stewed chicken (just gorgeous) with rice and peas. My husband had the Sticky Toffee pudding, which was beautifully light and fluffy, and he said it was the best he's ever had (and he's a pudding man), I tried the Banana cake, which was lovely too.
We finished off with a couple of cocktails, just fab.
We will definitely visiting again if we're in town - give it a try!
