We chose this for the last evening meal of our trip. We booked as it was a Friday. We arrived a little early, being as how nowhere takes as long to get to as you expect on Guernsey. This was good as it gave us time to take in the fantastic view from this vantage point. The restaurant is down some steps and looks very smart and modern, all glass, chrome and pale wood. the tables at the end get a panoramic view. The toilets were lovely and on the same floor. There seems to be a strict demarcation with the staff, the gap between the girls delivering menus and initial drinks and the chap coming to take our order was too long. Still, after that it was up to the girls and they kept things ticking along nicely. The food was original and beautifully cooked and presented, all very fine.
