Lovely hotel! We stayed for the last day of the Punchestown festival on Saturday.
Dinner was amazing I really don’t think they realize how brilliant their chef is!!!
We had a fab balcony room and staff were amazing
However we’ve one issue why did you stop the shuttle service to the racecourse?? Saturday is the busiest day as people who work during the week usually try and go to the Saturday race day.
When I enquirer why one of your staff said we only run it during the week and never on a Saturday???
Untrue we stayed with you in2016 on a Saturday and shuttle bus was available then!!
If you sort that out we’ll be back again next year

Dear Sorcha M

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a great review after your recent stay.
We will make sure to let the chef know that he made a great impact on your stay!
Sadly this year we had some issues with our bus supplier... classic, problems with bus services.... Therefore we were unable to run the service on the Saturday. Thank you for the feedback, we will make sure that our shuttle will be operating on the Saturday next year. We hope you will be back to visit us again.

Kind regards

Great place to go for dinner. The food is always lovely, whether its in the bar or the restaurant. The breakfast is amazing. Such an great selection. Perfect way to set you up for the day.
The rooms are huge and so are the beds. Clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous.
I love the spa here. Its small but has everything you want. Including a salt bath for your feet.
The treatments here are amazing. When I was pregnant I went for a few treatment in different places and here was by far the best.

More of a modern business hotel set next to council offices near Naas town centre. Functional and fit-for-purpose but probably best kept for corporate expense accounts. Convenient for nearby horse race meetings. Not a destination venue but fulfils a purpose. Some way out of Dublin.

Dear yanhLondon_England

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive and extensive review. We attract a great range of guests both corporate and leisure, with our new Spa reopening on the 8th June we truly cater for everyone. We aim well above fulfilling just a purpose. The commute to Dublin is 30 minuets.

Kind regards

We stayed on a Saturday night and booked an executive room. Reception was clean and very modern looking check in was quick and easy we were given room 206. Room was of average size, bed was huge and comfortable but the carpet at the bathroom door had bleach stained boot marks, mirror in the bedroom was dirty and covered in make up, the balcony had only 1 chair ? The desk in the room was clearly very old and all the coating was lifting off and the chair at the desk was all chipped and lumps of wood missing from the back of it. There was enough space in the room to fit an arm chair or small couch but there was nothing else very basic for a 4* hotel. Roll top bath was lovely and perfect size for a much needed soak, however the rain forest shower had the controls outside of the shower meaning you soak the floor trying to adjust or switch it off. We ate in the restaurant without reservation food was fab and we were served by Rob very polite and efficient I had ordered a Baileys coffee for desert and my partner had received and eaten his desert when I questioned where my coffee was I was told there was an issue (barman couldnt find any cream for my coffee) a 4* hotel with no cream?? So he advised I could have it without cream free of charge. Overall the hotel lobby and restaurant were of 4* standard however the bedroom letting this down I have stayed in better 3* Also stay at the back of the hotel the front rooms are over the bar and you can hear the music pumping away till all hours.

Dear Lisa B

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such an extensive review after your recent stay. Cleary in terms of the room, the mirror should not have been dirty. Small wood chippings are easy to repair so thank you for the feedback. In addition, extra chair could have easily been sorted for you. We must apologise that there was no cream, this is extremely odd and attention to detail of this type is key in the industry. Thank you again for the varied feedback, there is clearly some areas which we will have to look into.

Kind regards

Little bit outside Dublin in Naas, nice rooms, fresh prepared breakfast, large swimming area and gym which is also used by non hotel guests, good pub and restaurant. I had a large room under the roof which was clean and had a nice bathroom. Free parking.
