Visiting North Wales, decided to stop off at the Druid Inn for lunch, as we had stayed here before and were impressed.
Sunday lunchtime was busy, the bar area was full so we opted to dine in the restaurant area. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Drinks were served promptly and menus were perused.
I chose lamb shank for my main course, it was absolutely delicious, the meat so tender and fell off the bone. My other half went for the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, plate was scraped clean! Veggies were cooked to perfection, lovely mash and gravy complemented the meal. The sticky toffee pudding was to die for, as was the apple crumble he chose.
Well done to all concerned at Druid Inn, once again you did not disappoint.

Just come home from having an excellent meal (again) in the Druids. Food is really good quality and staff very friendly and helpful. The only pub I've eaten Sunday dinner at that tastes like homemade dinners. Lovely chuvely. Will be going back again very soon, especially as we are very lucky and only live around the corner.
Definitely recommend this pub.

Nice pub with really cheerful welcome from the staff.
Food was good, although lasagne had too much tomato sauce on it for my liking (in fairness, it was advertised as such on the menu). Good chunky chips!
