My husband's family is Colombian. Every time we would go to visit them, we would get excited to eat authentic Colombian food but hate that we hadn't been able to find any Colombian restaurants in Memphis. Then we found this place while driving down Summer and decided to give it a try: we will be eating here regularly now!

The staff were exceedingly friendly (and speak very good English too), and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The food was very flavorful, and the prices were great for the portion sizes. I had the arepa with chorizo, and it was one of the best tasting arepas I have ever had. We shared an amazing order of the cheese empanadas and will be returning to purchase some that can be made at home (they also sell ready-to-cook arepas and chorizo!). All of the sauces were delicious, but the green dipping sauce (maybe guacamole?) was phenomenal.

Try their juices. We shared the papaya, passion fruit, mango, and pineapple juices, and we were so pleased.

I highly recommend that anyone who enjoys Colombian cuisine eat at this restaurant. The sign was big enough for us to spot the restaurant when we weren't even looking for it, but we were told that a lot of people haven't noticed the restaurant yet. It's very close to the intersection of Summer and Waring (right side of the road if you head towards Waring from Summer and Perkins).

We tried it, it was o.k., but won't go back. The interior was very nicely decorated, extremely clean, waitress was not very attentive though, & she didn't bring out the appetizers until last, which was not at all what we expected, the cheese arepas, & they didn't bring out our meals together. They brought out mine & I was done by the time they brought my wife's, & I notice the same thing happened to another table. This was lunch on a Wed., at about 1:30 p.m., & we were the first there at the time. My plate was nothing special, :the rice dry, flavor bland & only a couple of bits of chicken. My wife liked her plate, however when we got the bill, we noticed her plate was $15! The price was small & not very noticeable or we would NOT have gotten it. It was not worth that price at all, esp., for lunch. They also don't have many main entrees to choose from. This place opened in Oct., 2015, & I don't think it will last.

This restaurant is not in Bartlett but has moved on Summer Avenue just east of High Point Terrace west of Graham in an orange and white striped cottage on the north side of Summer. There is parking behind the building. The restaurant is immaculate. .scored 100 on last inspection. Food is fresh and delicious. I have been twice and plan to head back. Took two different sets of friends once on a weekday and once on Saturday and we all tried different dishes. Very friendly staff willing to adapt dishes.

After a recent visit to Colombia, we were excited to try this restaurant at their location on Summer Ave. It is nicely decorated with an authentic Colombian atmosphere. The prices here are VERY reasonable. The service was ok, not great. The food was also "so - so", not great. The empanadas were quite good (with tasty cilantro sauce). We shared a large meat tray with small cuts of sausage, ribs, pork, chorizo, yucca, plantanes, arepas, etc. Everything was ok, not great.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the bandeja paisa was delicious and plentiful. The arepas rellenas were also very good.
