We had the greatest holiday adventure in South Dakota due to our amazing and wonder tour guide, Sherry Bolton.
She was full of knowledge and information about places we visited.
Highly recommend Black Hills Adventure Tours and their great Tour Guide.
Thanks for a great few days touring.
Max & Tai Huxley

We visited over spring break on March 29th and had a great tour with Sherry. We started out at Mt. Rushmore followed by Crazy Horse and Custer Park where we got close to Bison and other wildlife - so cool! Our teens (14,17) really enjoyed the trip! Sherry was just awesome! We felt like family. She was so engaging and had a lot of history and stories to share! We would recommend as you wouldn’t get as much experience and info on your own! Thank you Sherry!

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Sherry and spending an amazing 8 hours experiencing the wonders of Iron Mountain Road, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. It is difficult to express in words the majestic beauty of the trip from
the pigtails and tunnels to the numerous vistas leading us to the amazing Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse sculptures. During our travels through Custer we were treated to several sittings of bison...two wild burros and even a coyote! Having Sherry as our guide was indeed a bonus! Her knowledge of the routes and sites we visited was exceptional. From the moment she picked us up at our hotel her friendly, professional demeanour made us feel right "at home". A thoroughly enjoyable experience...well worth the money!

We took a Badlands sunset tour with Carrie and an all day tour of Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Hills city with Sherry the following day. They picked us from our hotel and for the sunset tour bought a picnic and then took us out to the Badlands with good viewing of wildlife (bison, prairie dogs, wild turkeys, big horned sheep) and the Badlands at various locations before taking us to Wall to visit the historic drug store there. A curiosity was the old remnants of Minuteman sites from the Cold War.
The Mount Rushmore tour again had us picked up from our hotel and driven via Rockerville to Mount Rushmore with stops at various good viewing places. They adapted the tour to our preference to vist the dinosaur museum instead of Custer State park. We had lunch in Hill City and visited the dinosaur museum and finished the day at Crazy Horse monument.

This outfit allowed us to customize our tour (we did a trip to Badlands ending with sandwiches at the Pinnacles Overlook at Sunset). Our guide, Sherry, was knowledgeable and lots of fun and knew some special places to stop, allowing us to see everything. Money well spent.
