Our main issues were the beds which were hard (however if you like firm beds that wouldn’t be a problem) and the hot water went lukewarm part way through our room showering.
The breakfast was fine: fried egg, sausage patty, grits, gravy, baked goods, cereals, yogurt and granola, waffles. There was plenty too which was good because there was a baseball team of boys staying the same night and I know how much teenage boys eat from experience!
We didn’t have trouble parking but could understand it being a problem if rooms were filled with individual families driving cars since there wasn’t a whole lot.
Also be aware: this hotel is near airport. We ran a fan that we brought with us all night (for noise and because we are hot natured) which covered any noise but if you are light sleeper it may be an issue.
The guys who checked us in and out was great. Really nice and helpful.
It’s also about 20 minutes into the main part of Charleston.
Personally, I would probably look for somewhere closer to the place we were sightseeing next time but if you need close to airport it may be a viable option.More
