“Wyndam not good company to rent from”

we booked a 1 bedroom condo ground level, seemed like from the picture a good place. we were wrong the couch when you sit down you go to the floor and the bed was as hard as a sheet of plywood. the kitchen was under stocked if you wanted to cook and only one person at a time in the kitchen its so small. when we turn on the kitchen light there were black bugs running around ,we called quest services and they wanted to know what species of black bugs it was ( go fiquire) they did get a pest control company out that afternoon to correct the problem. the next day we spoke with the Wyndam people about possible moving we were informed that anything that had would not be any better. The ground level the advertised was 15 steps to the top with no elevator, my wife has bad hips making it hard on her. We had booked 6 nights there on day 2 we ask for a refund, to go find something else, i did talk to Kathy and she gave us 1.5 nights credit and we ended up only staying 3 night. In the end we came home WYNDAM REALLY RUIN THIS VACATION. The only humor of this week is the fact that Wyndam has a quest bill of rights, they have not shared it with their employees, because they will tell you once you have made the reservation you as the consumer are done, and they will blame every body but themselves. They say they inspect these unit it must take only one minute of their property day
