Stayed 2 nights. Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable and got a great nights sleep. Breakfast was very good. great rate. Staff at check-in were very pleasant. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Would highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay there. The staff was The staff was very friendly. The rooms was very clean. Complementary breakfast was awesome. Very convenient right off of the interstate. Southern hospitality at its best!!!!

Nothing better than knowing what to expect! We had been driving all over the state for the better part of the week. We'd stayed at this location in the past and remembering the great service, drove additional 2hrs to stay here & be nearer the next day's scheduled activities. Glad we did.
Reservations were not booked more than 36hrs in advance; probably why the night desk clerk could only find 1 of the 2 rooms requested. Fortunately they made it work and we all were settled by midnight. We relaxed over a reasonably priced bottle of wine in the clean and peaceful lobby.
Hotel breakfast is not expected to be 5 star and yet the variety was more than satisfying.
Turns out our first stop was delayed, so we worked from the lobby. It was clean, comfortable and WiFi never dropped out which is so important when the entirety of your work is in the cloud.
Now if only I-26 traffic could be as accommodating.

I am a regular business travel and frequent guests at Hyatt Place properties. I value the efficiency, cleanliness, and consistency of these properties. The Irmo/Harbison location delivered, and I had an excellent staff. Thank you to the staff for an easy check-in, check-out,and overall experience.

The negative. 0.12 Mbps Download, 1.9Mbps Upload. In other words slow enough that e-mail can get frustrating. The T.V. had some problems in what I assume was a damaged cord, nothing that made it unusable, but it was annoying. The pillows were pretty subpar. The elevator made a loud annoying ding every time it changed a floor.
The positive. Great pillows, very friendly staff, good location, very clean, great value for what you're getting if you look past the downsides. Free popcorn from 4PM-7PM. AC units and bathroom vent were both incredibly quiet. Very cozy room in general.
Rated three stars mostly because of the wifi. While everything else negative was at most a mild annoyance, the wifi was just bad enough to make it average rather than great.
