My family and I had a short overnight stay here. The hotel and staff was great. Sky checked us in and did fantastic--a huge asset to the hotel and Inchina took care of us for cocktails and what nots the rest of the evening. Glad we stopped and will be back soon.

Hotel is ok. Have stayed at better Garden Inns Food is ok in restaurant but the staff is not. That is in the morning for breakfast. Didn't care to go back and try dinner.The room was clean and the bed was ok.

This hotel is in a great location. Within easy driving distance to the beaches of Hilton Head Island without the high room rates. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is lovely, the fitness center is nicely equipped, the staff is helpful and friendly.

My family recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. I found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There was initially a mix up in the type of room we were supposed to have. It was not discovered until we arrived in the room. We needed a Queen Double and not a single. Our 7 year old granddaughter was with us and a king bed was not going to work. The Front Desk attendant "quickly" made the adjustment and an upgrade for us. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and we had plenty of toiletries and towels for all of us. The location was good except a little awkward to get into (low lighting and difficult to see the street entry) initially in the dark when we arrived, especially not being accustomed to the area. I would definitely stay here again, however.

This is a great hotel, but we had several instances with housekeeping.
1-empty beer bottle in room when we arrived
2-tub not cleaned
3-didn't replace amenities in bathroom
4-didn't replace disposable cups for the keurig machine
