Saw good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Had reservations so did not have to wait for a table. Didn’t seem to be much of a wait as we were leaving either though—and this is one of the busiest weeks on HHI.
Starters were yum—the seafood nachos as featured on Food Network were good. The soft shelled crab was amazing. And Baja tacos—both fish and shrimp were good.
The broiled seafood platter was a huge disappointment at $28. Two of us had that and both were disappointed—way too much time under the heat lamp so it was tough and chewy. Broiled shrimp good while baked potato was yum. Stuffed flounder was average.
Sorry Black Marlin...too many great seafood places on the island to come back.
