New hotel great beds, good breakfast, clean and comfortable. Had a nice stay with family. I would go back again. Front desk friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and the kids really enjoyed pool.

Hotel was great and at a convenient location to many restaurants. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that you have to purchase cartoons or movies for children to watch. The local channels do not offer it.

Room was very cold at time of arrival. Temperature was set at 69 degree with outside temperature in 90's.
Morning staff was indifferent to patrons. Breakfast service was poor and impolite. Check out was unfriendly even without any stated problems. Felt good to get away from this organization.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Greer during the last week of June. This is the BEST Hampton Inn Hotel that we have ever stayed. We usually stay at the Embassy Suites on Verdae Blvd but decided to stay at this hotel and so glad we made the choice, We will always stay here for future trips.

We called the hotel for a shuttle from the airport at about half past midnight and a staff member answered promptly and cheerfully which was appreciated after such a long day of travel. Our driver Bill was very personable with a great sense of humor. He also checked us in to the hotel when we arrived and graciously offered us extra water bottles as it was too late for us to make a grocery store run.

We booked a studio suite with 2 queen beds and the room was very spacious for our family of 4. We utilized the sofa bed for our 17yr old daughter and she said it was very comfortable. The queen beds were quite comfortable and I appreciated that the beds were filled with pillows of various densities as I prefer a soft pillow with less fill and my husband likes a fluffier, more dense fill pillow and both types including a medium fill were on each bed. We called the hotel before arriving to advise we would be using the sofa bed and would need an extra blanket. The extra blanket was indeed present when we arrived in our room at 1am after a long day of travel.

The room was clean and well appointed with lots of plugs and usb outlets for charging our many devices. The complimentary wifi was not very good so we just used our mobile data as that signal was working better.(T-Mobile) It was nice having the sink area separate from the toilet/shower for easier sharing of space with the family. The sink area had a built-in nightlight which was nice to illuminate the room for night-time trips to the bathroom although I wish there was another in the toilet-shower room to eliminate the need to switch on the overhead light.

My husband utlilized the complimentary breakfast every morning and raved about the fresh offerings as well as the attentive staff. He said nothing was ever empty and staff was friendly and engaging.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were also very friendly and helpful. We always felt welcome and the staff seemed to really enjoy their jobs and were so genuine during each interraction. Such a tremendous asset!

Our room was nice, nothing exceptional, just a regular room. The lobby and breakfast area were nicely done. There were two problems in the bathroom in our room. The floor in the shower was very slippery. Both my husband and I slipped on it and nearly fell. Also, the toilet paper was very scratchy and harsh. I left with a sore bum. You would think a Hampton Inn could afford to pay a little more for tp.
