The staff was amazing. The beds were comfy and cozy. We were just there for a couple of Nights, but couldn't have picked a better place. The valet were prompt and pleasant. Front desk were accommodating and friendly. Food wasn't bad either.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for two nights in November. I wanted to be close to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena because I was going to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena for Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood's concerts on Friday and Saturday night. The hotel was within walking distance of the arena. Even with the cold weather, it was a short, pleasant walk. The hotel is also close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Our room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. When we had questions, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the hotel would be the quality of breakfast foods. Pastries, yogurt, fruit, were great. Sausage, biscuits, and eggs, not so much...just fair. However, I was spoiled by great Southern cooks in my family, so I'm picky about those things. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location, you can walk to the downtown area, Swamp Rabbit Trail and beautiful Falls Park on the Reedy. Staff was friendly. My son and I slept wonderfully, the beds are nice and cozy with down comforters and lots of pillows. Room was very large, we were on the fourth floor.
Breakfast the next morning was just OK. We were up at 6:00 am so everything should have been fresh, but several items (bread,egg/omelet,biscuits) were dried out already. Coffee needs to be stronger also, it was very weak.
Can not beat the location though.

Very clean Hotel, friendly staff , nice Breakfast buffet with sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy plus all the other continental items that most hotels have.
A nice walk to the downtown events even on our cold stay in December. Our room was on the Fifth floor it was very clean and quiet except for some minor equipment noise probably due to the all day running of the bathroom fans ? or some other equipment on the roof ? we never ran the ac/heat unit., the hallway was always quiet no noisy guests. The only issue we had was with the room cards not working all the time.
We will look forward staying there again, we loved the performing arts, falls park, and the shops.

Room Tip: We requested first floor but it was not available when we got there our room was 504, far away from ice machine and elevator.
