Food, facilty and faculty is worth 5 stars. This was one of the best hotels I have stated in. The price was the best for the impeccable service provided by all of the staff. I hold many functions in this city. You are the best

From Kevin at breakfast service to Jennifer at the front desk, and Tisha at the bar, this hotel shines with a positive attitude its hard to find elsewhere. Even our housekeeping lady gave me a hug when I gave her a tip for cleaning our room!
The food at the restaurant is incredible (don't miss the Welcome Bars in the lobby! so good I could eat one every day!). We had pork tenderloin and burgers and the portions are sizable.
The room was great with comfy covers and a big TV. Outside are Tesla charging stations for hybrid cars -- a peek into the future.
We'll stay at this hotel again whenever we are in Columbia.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn while attending my nephew's Army Basic Training graduation. We stayed 4 nights and were so impressed. While the property was clean, conveniently-located, and had solid amenities (pool/spa, wifi, restaurant/bar, coffee, cookies, etc.) what was exceptional was the service! The front desk staff was attentive to our needs - I requested extra blankets and pillows and a fan. I was amazed Janelle found a fan for me. The morning brunch staff was exceptional, particularly in paying special attention to what their guests preferred and ensuring once they learned a preference, their guests never had to ask for it again. AMAZING!!!! My biggest issue was with the train noise but I got used to it after a night and the fan helped a lot. I would definitely stay at this property again and hope I get a chance to.

This review was originally posted for the incorrect property which I am correcting here.

I have held off writing this review in hopes of some response from the Hilton Garden after experiencing problems. I have not, so here goes. We stayed at this nicely located and appointed hotel on Hilton Honors points. It was a perfect location for commuting downtown for the concert. The room was spotless but the bed linens were not crisp and yellowed and needed to be changed out. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade. Not a typical Hilton Garden bathroom. We stayed here on a night where the lows outside were in the low 20's. Our HVAC unit was so incredibly noisy and vibrated so badly that we ended up having to turn it off. We were uncomfortably cold Obviously, this was in the middle of the night and we did not want to change rooms. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning and the staff were outstanding in the dining area. Would we stay here again? Definitely. Would we check out the HVAC before deciding on the room. Also, definitely. We feel like it was a waste of our Hilton Honors points. Also, we were very disappointed that we got no response from Hilton regarding this.

In your situation with noisy HVAC, on a cold night I can understand not having heat is difficult, however, if you had reached out to Front Desk we would have offered you one of our portable heaters and you would have had a pleasant stay. Reaching out to Front Desk gives us the best opportunity to act and resolve in timely manner.

Beautiful hotel! Restaurant went out of its way to accommodate my daughters need for gluten free food and it was a large quantity and very tasty. Thank you. All else was good until the train whistle in the middle of the night. The conductor didn't just blow it once, but continued to blow it as he drove along. Take this as a warning and ask for a room on the front of the building if you're a light sleeper. One other thing of interest... especially if you're a Tesla owner, there are 8 charging spaces in the back parking lot.
