We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. Although a bit tricky to find (signage is very small), it was well worth the effort. Ample parking (especially for those needing a handicap space), pleasant welcome, spacious room, and truly accessible bathroom made us very comfortable. Many breakfast choices, well-stocked and plenty of tables plus convenient breakfast hours added to a pleasant stay. Did I mention chocolate chip cookies at 4 p.m?
Only problem we encountered was that our room connected to the adjacent room by means of an interior door that did permit noise to travel between the two rooms. (We encountered the same problem at other hotel chains; I'm not sure why handicap accessible rooms would be arranged that way)

Room Tip: ask for room without connecting door

Stayed here for five days. Hotel was average. Pancake machine was broken; however the breakfast was decent. Nice perk was it's central location. Down side was the family a few doors down as well as the loud ice machine that went off throughout the night. The family on the floor had young children who were up around 6:00 a.m. who ran up and down the hall screaming. Otherwise, hotel was average.

Hi Romeo B,

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience with the TripAdvisor Community! It feels great to leave you with a pleasant experience of our hotel especially with our location being in downtown Bluffton. Being the most important meal of the day, it's great to have given you a good jump start with the breakfast options.

On the downside, I am sorry that you were disturbed by the other guests and the noise that came from the ice machine. I understand that these have disrupted your stay. We continuously work to improve what we offer and I will take these as opportunities to serve you better. I have shared your review with our management team for review and evaluation. This surely means a lot and nothing makes it more fulfilling but to be at your service once again.

Best regards,

Frank A.

This is a good hotel in a great town. Hotels are limited (if staying off HH). The facility is basic and clean.
We enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful area. The hotel is slightly high priced for what you receive.

Stayed over Thanksgiving Weekend here to visit relatives nearby. The room (A King Suite) was comfortable and large enough for 2 adults and 2 preteens with a nice array of amenities. The Breakfast was awesome here and the staff very friendly. I wish the pool was not an outdoor because that would have been a nice diversion for the kids during down time.
The location was central to shopping and only a short distance to Hilton Head. I would definitely consider staying here again. There were signs about a remodel underway in the lobby and elevators, but other than the dumpster in back there was no evidence visible to me that they were remodeling.

Room Tip: Had a King Suite on the second floor farthest from the elevators. It was worth it for the space and some privacy. Kids had their own TV.

We needed a room for one evening while in Bluffton recently and this was the best rated reasonably priced hotel. we took a high floor double queen room and it was very nice. The hotel is under renovation, but it was quite and very clean. Rooms were large enough and the bath facilities were fine. Beds were comfortable and blackout curtains kept the room dark. Can't say much more as we left early the next morning without eating. Employees that we met were friendly and efficient. Definitely was worth the price we paid.
