We were visiting West Chester and since I have gluten issues, finding a breakfast place that accommodates my needs can be challenging. We happened upon Roots Cafe and had the best meal. It was so good we went back the next day to again enjoy the menu. The dishes are unique which is why we went back because it was so hard to decide what to have. Loved the fact the food is locally sourced which made for a unique menu. I had the corned beef hash all home made which was fantastic. Others in our party had eggs benedict, pork belly sandwich and custom smoked salmon. Duck sausage gravy on cornbread was also a hit as were the omelets. They also have the best coffee. Love the ambiance of the tree and root theme throughout the premise.
