I chose this hotel for a college reunion because there was a break on the price and because I had stayed here in 1976 when it was the St. David's Inn. Apparently, before that, it was a Holiday Inn. The positives: The service is lovely, the restaurant is very nice (if expensive). There is free Wi-Fi. It is close to the ligth rail statiion.

The cons: The rooms still have the look of a Holiday Inn, and the beds in our room could well be the same as the ones here when I was here in 1976. There is no sound-prooffing, and when the neighbor turned on his shower at 6:30 am, my 9 year old and I both jumped as is sounded like a compressor had gone off. I don't mind the decor, but for the price, I would have expected better beds and some sound-proofing. Or at least new mattresses.

Room Tip: Do not choose room 115 -- it has two very old and soft double beds. Stay at the end of the hallway...

My spouse and I stayed at the Radnor for 2 nights while celebrating a graduation of a grand-daughter. Our room had a large king bed and the room resembled a well furnished Holiday Inn or Day's Inn Our nightly charge for the room was $207/nt that i thought was a 30% overcharge for graduation weekend. My son stayed in another similar room and was kept awake by a noisy lady on her cell phone. The walls were hardly soundproof.
We did have the breakfast buffet that was very basic. The pastry tasted like they came from a Wonder Bread bakery. There was no toast, butter, jam or condiments. The cost for the buffet was either $16 or $11. A moderate price for poor value. Nothing was special about the buffet.
The hotel is quite attractive and although the grounds are limited, they were well cared for. There is sufficient parking. The hotel three stories high, but serviced by only one elevator. It appeared that many special events were happening at the hotel If you plan one at the Radnor, pay attention to every detail. Make sure that you elderly guests have a room on the entrance level.

This was our second stay at the Radnor

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business visit. Reception was great, staff very friendly and accommodating. Great outdoor facilities (pool, gardens, patio areas). Good location although I didn't have to get out and about. The food was very nice both at the bar and the restaurant and breakfast buffet catered for every taste. Free complimentary coffee machine at reception in the morning. There's also a steak house literally across the road which was great. Plenty of parking and very close to the graphic Wayne area. The room was big with king bed and climate control. Great power shower, bath and quality toiletries. I am returning again for business in June and very much looking forward to staying there!

I've stayed here many times over the last six years and plan to continue to do so: have never had a bad experience. Pleasant and good service starts at reception and carries through to the dining room, bar and house staff.
Many thanks.
