We chose here for the distance enroute from KY/OHto CT and NY. I wanted to avoid the high prices of hotels in Wheeling. Check in was a breeze, arriving late (after 10pm). Ihad asked for an accessible room and we were given those right next to the main office.
Definitely older, but as clean as they can with building that old.The accessible rooms have laminate floors which are nicer than dingy old carpet. Bathroom was huge with walkin shower. Great water pressure and hot water. Small hard towels but typical of Motels.
The whole place is single level and you park right outside your room. The night we stayed looked like a full house with big trucks even in the lot. It was a little noisy at first but did quiet down. Our room was really humid but 15min of AC took care of that.
Fridge, AC and TV all worked great. I would consider again but the beds were pretty hard and I'm getting older so our backs were a little stiff in the morning. For a king bed, there was only two small pillows but we travel with both pillows and blankets, both which were needed.More
