Description: PJ Ryan’s opened its doors in early July, 2008 and has greeted guests with the same genuine family atmosphere that their other locations are known for (West Chester — Philly). Friendly, attentive staff members are the norm at any of the Ryan’s establishments and so is great food. Just like the pub in West Chester, the menu at PJ Ryans is full of delicious choices including their famous buffalo wings, enormous sandwiches, healthy salads and of course real meat and potato dishes like pan seared crab cakes and mouth watering Prime Rib. Guests enjoy their food in one of three lively main rooms that make up PJ Ryan’s. The entire restaurant is smoke free with beautiful hardwood floors, tin ceilings and walls adorned with family mementoes and images of Phoenixville’s past. There are two large bars with stately leather booths, hightop tables and family style bench seating. No matter where you sit you are sure to have a view of at least one of the 9 flat screen TV’s.

Stopped in for dinner. Had burger, which was awesome! My wife had the fish and chips. Very much enjoyed. We had the mozzarella sticks (actually triangles) which were ok, but beer battered onion rings were memorable. Would go again.

We have been looking to broaden the restaurants where we eat. Decided to come to Phoenixville to try one of the local places. There was some sort of street fair/food truck festival going on so since it was a gloomy, drizzling day we decided to eat inside at PJ Ryan's...so glad we did. The interior is a bit dated but the food is great. I had the shepherds pie and my bf had the pulled pork on a baguette. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The portions were large and the food very tasty. Would definitely go back here again. Nothing on the menu (except the prime rib) is over $20.

Myself and a colleague stopped for lunch. It wasn't crowded and the service was friendly and attentive. My salad was good, fresh and perfect portion. The sandwich special looked good and the price was right. I'll definitely stop again.

By far some of the best casual place in Phoenixville. And, with a burger called "The Blob", how can you go wrong! Good drink specials, and good food.
