Housekeeping was not good, they didn’t clean room every day one day they’d make the beds and not take out trash or not clean or make beds at all. Report to front desk about bathroom sink and tub it was fixed 3 days later

Thank you for staying with us. I'm sorry our housekeeping staff did not clean your room everyday. This is not a normal procedure so I will speak with our housekeeping manager to find out why this happened. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay with us.

During car show weekends most hotels in and near Carlisle tend to jack up there prices. We got a group rate of $140 a night which was lower than regular rates.Was the room worth it? Not really. Very average hotel. Room was mostly clean, some stray hairs on bathroom floor and a spot on the bedspread. Bed was comfortable, we had 2 queens but my pillows were rock hard! You have to leave a green card on your pillow to get the bed changed. For $140 a night I wanted clean sheets.On the 3rd night one of the beds only had bedspread pulled up over messy sheets. Picky, I know. Hotel was very quiet for being sold out.Mostly older car show people. Breakfast was ok. Breads,juice,
fresh made waffles and pancakes,oatmeal,scrambled eggs and sausage and ham. There was no fruit when we got there. Maybe they were gone. It was enough for us to get the day started. We could not check in until exactly 3 pm, even though it looked like maids were down at front desk about 2:15. No biggie, but we had driven 6 hours and were really tired. We might stay there again for another car show. It was about 10 minute drive to fairgrounds and the price was about $100 less
than Carlisle hotels.

Room tip: we were on 2nd floor near the end of hall and away from elevator and open lobby loft.

Thank you for staying with us during the car show. Carlisle car shows are special events that create a higher demand and the rates are set accordingly. I'm sorry there was no fresh fruit when you came down for breakfast. We do offer oranges, apples, and bananas. I'm not sure why you were not allowed to check in till 3pm, unless they were waiting on items to finish your room such as towels or washcloths. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.

Just got back from the Corvettes of Carlisle weekend and brought some other first time guest.
the rooms were great but the breakfast was awful. every morning the coffee was full of coffee grounds and I asked the server and the hotel receptionist to wash out the containers rather then pour new coffee in it . Because they everyone was dumping there coffee to get a new cup they ran out of crème on the Friday.
When we asked the reception lady for crème foe everyone staying there she said it was not her job and no crème arrived for both days
They need to look at their help as their attitude was wakeful

Spent the night on our journey home. Looked at two La Quintas in the area and was much cheaper staying here. The receptionist was very pleasant, breakfast was good. The room was clean and housekeeping knocked in our door to see if we needed anything which was very nice of them to ask. Would definitely stay here again. My golden retriever was also very pleased!

Well back from the freeway, this was a relaxing location. Plenty of green space for walking the dog. Breakfast, as per La Quinta standards, very basic. Friendly staff and fresh room. Did not encounter odors referenced in other recent reviews
