The Sunday brunch menu is nicely varied. We were served a basket of delicious warm pastries almost immediately, along with the coffee and orange juice that we had ordered. I started with Savage Blond PEI oysters--these were perfect: fresh, salty, tasty. The puréed Ratatouille served as a delicious main course. My husband enjoyed the Gibraltar Breakfast--typical items executed expertly. This was our first visit to Gibraltar in this location and we will return.

Wonderful ambiance and the seafood seemed good but absolutely no salt or spices- tasteless. My partner had a seafood pasta dish and did not enjoy this lack of flavor. I had the scallops. Pretty bland overall. If this is your thing and you don’t enjoy seasonings or flavor or salt, then I guess it’s for you.

Just had a very delicious meal at the Gibraltar Grille. With that said, what was disappointing is that when making the reservation, we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. Our answer was yes, a wedding anniversary. We're puzzled why they ask this question and create expectations that (perhaps) something special may happen during our meal when in fact nothing was said or done.

We had a very poor experience just before Gibraltar left F&M and moved to its current location. Though he had nothing to do with the disaster, Sal went out of his way to welcome us to the new Gibraltar. The halibut (with local tomatoes) and scallops were excellent. Good wine list. Yummy desserts. Graham provided good service and Sal circulated the restaurant making sure everyone was well attended to. Gibraltar used to be our favorite restaurant and I'm happy to report it's back at the top of the list. My only complaint is it's on the noisy side. Too much hardscape (tablecloths are gone). I hope some sound insulation is installed soon. Note: my hearing isn't the best.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Gibraltar last evening. Though we are spending a brief vacation enjoying and learning about Amish culture, we did not want the authentic Amish dining. Upon research and reading the positive reviews of Gibraltar before we arrived in town, we reserved here. My husband and I appreciate the fine dining experience which pairs excellent cuisine and great service. We were not disappointed. The hostesses were lovely upon our arrival and immediately escorted us to a table jyst outside the wine room. Our fantastic server, Roger greeted us warmly. We were impressed by the selection of creative cocktails and very extensive wine list. Roger assisted with our selection and answered all of our questions about the menu items. We enjoyed the delicious calamari, with hints of Thai flavoring and salad which was scrumptious. For entrees, we shared and enjoyed each other's whole branzino with roasted potatoes and warm green beans and tuna tataki with cool green beans and guacamole-style avocado, both prepared and presented beautifully. We finished with the flourless chocolate cake. If we were Lancaster residents, we would dine at Gibraltar, often.
