If you ride a motorcycle this is a nice ride here. if it is a nice day it is usually extremely busy.
Wollombi tavern food is nice but it is extremely slow getting served. Took over an hour for 2 burgers & seafood basket.

It has a big grass area. Some more tables and chairs would be good , toilets could be done up a bit. Area where you order could be a bit bigger. For the amount of people who come here maybe a bit of a revamp would be a good idea.

Great venue , but the food is woeful - undercooked burgers , over cooked snitzel . Go the pub but maybe eat out at some of the other cafes

Great little country tavern in the heart of Wollombi. We had a couple of $5.00 beers next to the cosy fire.

This pub has a lot of character and always love having a beer on the deck. The fireplace inside is incredible on cold days too.

They do have eftpos which is good. The beers are on the pricey side, we asked about takeaways and for a case we were looking at approx $60.

For a round of 4 beers it was approx $30. It would be nice to have an alternative takeaway option around town.

The have a camping area at the back of the pub which looks like it could get a little noisy on weekends with big groups.

I would highly recommend stopping here on your way through

Very rustic pub in a lovely setting in this charming village. If you sit on the verandah, the friendly birds might amuse you as they eagerly wait for some food.
Great hambergers and good value.
