Peaceful, friendly, comfortable and very well maintained.
We have been attending this facility regularly for approximately 20 years , first as a couple and more recently accompanied by adult children and grandchildren.
The team who run the reaper
are friendly and very helpful with suggestions. It is worth calling them to discuss your trip and make your booking. The appartments are well stocked and all we really needed to take was food, drinks and beach towels.
Even when fully booked the design allows for
privacy and quiet when needed.
Light airy apartments built into a hillside means lots of steps but the recent addition of two units with level entry are welcomed by those of us with mobility challenges.
This is always our first choice for accomodation on the South Coast.

The tree top apartment is situated adjacent to your own babbling brook running through a tree fern garden. The apartment is tastefully fitted out with everything you need plus some- including reliable internet and a full laundry. The heated pool and spa looked inviting although we never used them due to cold windy weather. The minor issues were carrying your belongings along a ramp and up some stairs then parking in a dedicated garage. The staff were so helpful too. We’ll definitely be back!

Love staying at Tathra Beach house. The ocean view room is the best with the spa. Amazing to wake up, see the sunrise over the beach all amongst a beautiful garden setting. We’ve stayed here for work and a family stay and everyone’s always enjoyed it. Recommend heading up to the Tathra hotel for fish and chips or a tasty Steak washed down with a beer brewed on site. You can’t fault Tathra.
