My wife and I stayed at Aurora Ski Lodge as part of our recent honeymoon. We knew to expect just a room on the snow and thats all we really wanted. Its a basic lodge style but very clean and confortable. There is a beautiful lounge room and 16 seater dining table (this lodge takes a max of 16 so its very cozy and you get to meet some great people) a drying room, sauna and change room down stairs. It's always well heated so you are never cold indoors and the Meals provided (Large Breakfast and a 3 course dinner) were of an amazing standard. It's ski out but not really ski in due to a hill up to the lodge meaning you need to conserve a little bit of energy to walk the hill (about 200metres) at the end of the day, but with a bit of injinuity you can ski to the lodge if you really try ;) We had amazing snow which made the trip even better and we will definently be back.!
