We were in a group of 27 and stayed for 2 nights. We had Rm 38.
The room was very old - the surface of the cabinetry was peeling off which summed up the state of the room. It seriously needs a renovation. Even small things such as no soap, no plug, dud light, only 1 coat hanger, wardrobe doors which did not fit.... etc. The bed was comfy.
And that was the best part of the place! We had dinner which was quickly served. It was a small portion of very rare steak, a few chips and some tired salad.

Breakfast on Day 1. In addition to our party there were a few others. Clear your own table (until an admin person arrived). The various items were acceptable it is just that as one item arrived there was only sufficient for part of the queue. As a result, our breakfast was eaten one item at a time!. There was only one member of staff to do everything and so our tour leader pent time in the kitchen to speed things up. The buffet tables were a mess.

Day 2. How could it be worse? Difficult but achieved without a problem.

In addition to our party, there was a group of others - some estimates were between 100 and 300. Standing room only. Still only one member of staff. One of our group tried to eat her cereals with a fork. Another couple shared a knife for the 'crispy' bacon. No hot water for a drink, food was a rare site. My wife had a slice of toast and we retreated to our room for a hot drink.

In summary, do not go, even if desperate. Surely some official body should stop this place bringing down the reputation of a fine resort. (This qualifies as a resort because of a pool and tennis court).

Room tip: Even if you have to travel a long way to find an alternative, do it.

We stayed here ,right on the road Noisy.Had to chase up receprtion at the pub next door. Tired room, of good size, bathroom needs an update ASAP.Tap leaked. No spoon to stir cuppa.
Breakfast a take or leave it cause there isnt anything left. Bus load cleaned them out,
Plenty of motels much better and cheaper in town.

Room tip: why bother. Not road front. room

This place has not had so much as a lick of paint since it was built. It is terrible. Stayed in room 31. Shower head is broken, tiny lounge looks like it is 30 years old and never cleaned. Tiniest tvs I have ever seen. We could not wait to leave.

Stayed here with my partner with a Groupon. Awesome value. Clean, neat room with lots of hot water. Very peaceful. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Stayed in a few budget places and this is the best. Helpful staff too. Going again soon :)

Perfect hotel for a short trip. Has a fridge and tV in the room.

Breakfast is included and you can upgrade for a hot breakfast they normally charge for this but didn't for us as they were so kind.

Bit far away from Jervis bay so you have to drive everywhere

Only huge problem with the room was the double bed was two singles put together and kept moving apart.

Would stay again!
