Had a Troy's Burger with a side of mixed fries (includes sweet potato fries) for lunch. Basically a cheeseburger with a nice tomato relish.
Unfortunately it was disappointing. The burger overall I would describe as 'soggy' but the meat pattie in particular was just a soft mushy mess. Not appealing at all.
And who would know that it would take 25 minutes to cook a burger?
Gourmet Burgers are making a comeback but the team at Burger Haven will need to review what they do to be a success long term. Cook a firmer meat pattie that doesn't disintegrate before your eyes and make sure you deliver the order in 10 minutes tops.
Couldn't recommend this place until they get these basics right ...
