What a great experience and beautifully presented property. Linen and pillows soft and cosy. Woke up to a million dollar view of the sea, lake and village. Cool room with thoughtful touches binoculars ( I spotted whales at sunrise) , books and a great mini bar. Breakfast, looking out to the sea was delicious. Fresh croissants with butter and yummy jam, fresh orange juice, Tilba yoghurt and homemade muesli, Honour bread from Bermagui.

The linen, pillows and bed was the cosiest sleep I’ve had away from my own.
The room was minimal and peaceful
The view was to die for
Breakfast served in a sun drenched room looking out over the town and sea.
Fresh orange juice, pod coffee, the best croissants I have ever had, fresh jam and selection of honour bread fresh from Bermagui bakery. And newspapers!! Friendly staff

A fantastic hotel which is a breath of fresh air.
Very cool, very well renovated motel with all the modern touches and done with excellent vision and taste for a laid back beachy feel.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, great beds, fabulous linens, superb selection of upscale teas, bathroom amenities, lots of light and superb views over Merimbula and surrounding waters.
We stayed on the second floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, tennis court, fire pit and lounging areas/garden.

I'm a very picky traveller who works in the industry so it's not often I like a place so much that I returned 3 days later. We were driving from Melbourne to Mollymook and just happened to stay here on the way up, with the pick of anywhere on the coastline for 800 kms on the way home, we stayed here again.
If you book directly then there is a complimentary continental breakfast, which is outstanding. The best local bread, yoghurt/granola pots, coffee, teas, OJ, pastries on offer all in a sunny retro vibed dining room with sensational views and outstanding staff. Thankyou to Tracy and to Casper who made our stay so enjoyable and provided wonderful recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the area.
Love, love this place and will most certainly be back.

Room tip: It's worthwhile spending a bit extra on the upstairs rooms, great balcony views and modern, fresh beachy vibe.

Loved our stay in the family room, clean and spacious! Linen is amazing and really sets the vibe of the whole place, love the eco friendly supplies in the bathroom. Outdoor space is great, view is amazing both from your room and pool area. Breakfast was really nice showcasing local produce such as Tilba yoghurt, Bermagui muesli. Casper and his team are so lovely and accommodating, living the vibe and extra attention to detail to make it that extra special. Love a drink or a good burger and chips then 'Dolcie's Cottage' is a must
