Just the right size waves, not too big but not too small. Plus it is patrolled. Just a short walk from the carpark, toilets and outdoor showers.

Lovely clean beach to relax read a book, go for a swim. Dog friendly, try and catch a wave or two, build a sand castle or collect shells.

A beautiful beach, nice and clean. Easy access, I needed to use a walker this year and had no trouble getting to the area where seating was provided. You can see all the way to Merimbula wharf. Plenty of parking, toilets and a playground nearby. Could sit here for hours just watching the waves roll in.

Apart from being a naturally beautiful beach, I was really impressed with the easy access rubber path down onto the sand. As an older person with knee problems it was wonderful to be able to walk down onto the sand via an accessible path without problem. The wooden lookout platform was also easy to access and had a couple of bench seats where i could sit and enjoy the view. There was also plenty of car parking close to this beach access.

It is a long clean beach in which you can walk to Pambula Beach.
Ford Park is next to the beach and there are good rest and change room facilities. The beach has seasonal lifesaving patrols for summer months only. It’s a beautiful beach but somewhat hindered by the number of dogs off leashes.
The beach is popular for board and paddle board riders.
