The Club Maclean Motel is clean, spacious and within walking distance to everything in town. The room had all we needed for an overnight stay, and there was open air parking for the car. I particularly loved that there were biscuits, and that there was a sliding screen door.
Another year staying there and another completely enjoyable experience. The rooms are so well equipped, perfect temperature for the chilly winter outside and the bed that we don't want to leave. Lots of thoughtful amenities including bickies for your cup of tea in the morning. Positioned extremely close to the bowls club and a very short stroll to the main street.
Stayed in a executive king room for one night and found the room to be very clean and the bed very comfortable. Room had everything in it that was needed. Staff accommodating and MacLean the Scottish Town is a nice quiet place to visit. Would I stay at the establishment again in the same type of room the answer would be YES.
Very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, polite and courteous reception staff also very helpfull, adjacent club restaurant or easy walk to local pub in town and the beautiful river walk along the mighty Clarence River.

Very comfortable motel located in the centre of Maclean and in easy walking distance to shops & cafes. Recommend booking by phoning the motel direct as you will find John & Linda most helpful.
Off street parking located at your room door made for ease with the suitcases (it was raining). Room facilities were excellent for our needs.
We wanted to visit both Yamba and Grafton so decided on Maclean as a base and glad we did as it is only a short drive to each location.
Motel is part of the Maclean Bowling Club with a direct entrance from near motel reception. (We've done a separate review of the BowlingClub).
