Stayed for two nights in a two room apartment overlooking the pool, room was very clean, tidy, well appointed. Lovely area, close to food outlets, supermarket and the beach. Most enjoyable stay, would have loved to stay longer,,, maybe next time. Well worth the stay.

Plus- beautiful garden, great access to walks and beach, attractive setting, spacious balcony

Minus - lacks atmosphere, no channel ten, small kitchens, no pool heating, exposed aggregate on kids pool cut my son's toe. (Not a big deal but just not as baby friendly as we had hoped)

Deaf friendly hotel and staff, best ever. We enjoyed our stay as a real couple without having to advocate for our needs as a deaf couple and there’s always something at the hotel. Good food with deaf friendly staff too

Great location, spacious and clean room, helpful staff, lovely buffet breakfast, beautiful pool and outdoor areas, very close to lots of restaurants and a shop. Great value. Would definitely come back.

I stayed three nights in a one bedroom spa suite with full facilities. (fully equipped kitchen, laundry, balcony)
The room was absolutely spotless, the bed super comfortable and facilities perfect.
There's a choice of two pools or take a 200m walk to the fab beach.
Staff were welcoming and helpful.
I catered for myself and ate out twice at the nearby restaurants. I did buy a few supplies at the IGA but its pretty expensive in there...still you have to expect things like that on holiday.
I would have rated this as 5 star except for the following.
☆Really in this day and age and with NBN charging for Wi-Fi access seems a little odd.
☆The restaurant actually inside the complex is rarely open...so if you do want to go for breakfast you have to walk to a different complex.
Honestly other than those points above I couldn't fault the Mantra.
Would definitely come back again with my kids. It's a great spot for a family break.
:)
