The whole experience was extremely professional from go to whoa. Both Andrew (ground crew) and Andrew (pilot) were friendly, informative, helpful and really made the experience extra special. I can't rate them highly enough. Everyone in the tour appreciated how systematic and professionally run the operation is. Bravo.

This was such a lovely experience, all the staff were so lovely and informative. I enjoyed the trip itself so much. The breakfast provided was so lovely and great value.

Though we need to wake up early, but it’s worth! The staff is nice and explains everything clear when we arrive there.
Before the flight, all visitors and staff work together to setup the balloon, then get flight with amazing bryon view, arrive safely after sun rise up.
Everything is new to me, it definitely is a must-to-do list in my traveling life.

A truly special way to see Byron Bay at sunrise. Emi, Taylor & Andrew were warm, professional and helped make the whole experience enjoyable. Also, the breakfast at The Farm after is exceptional!! Highly recommend!!
