We loved eating at Fishmongers on our recent trip to Byron as we found it the perfect spot for a family lunch or early dinner or just to grab take away to take to the park / beach. The food was super fresh, tasty and plentiful.

Love the fresh ingredients! Great place to get a healthy takeaway for the parents and some delicious fish and chips for the kids! Friendly quick service.

Very disappointed. The food was average at best, small serving size & extremely over priced.
It was not the worst food we have ever eaten but for that price we won't be giving it a second chance

Ordered the hoki with the side of fragrant rice and soy dipping sauce. The food was well made and delicious and they were of reasonable serving size. Service was efficient. We sat inside during the busy dinner period and the atmosphere was not very pleasant. I was seated with 3 other people on bar stools at a very small table along the wall of the restaurant. It was hot, loud and crowded. It would have been much more comfortable sitting outside or at a proper table. Prices were a bit much for what you get, however it is better than your run of the mill fish and chip shop.
