Excellent accommodation

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 22 Aug 2020
I will only stay at the Sebel in Bowral in the future. The rooms are large, I love the kitchen and the decor. We were a party of 6 and had 3 rooms. Being away for a few days we wanted a break from eating out 3 meals a day and this offered us the perfect opportunity to have breakfasts together in one room and after a big lunch a snack at night together in the hotel. We can't wait to return.
Date of stay: August 2020
Room Tip: There are not a lot of rooms available as this is mostly a residents complex

Firstly a big thank you to the manager Paul Borland! i decided to give the hotel a call the old fashioned way and Paul was my first contact. Not only was he professional he was warm and friendly and very helpful.I mentioned it was my husbands 50th birthday and to our surprise we had a little gift in our room with a lovely card which was such a lovely surprise and just started our night away perfectly. The room was just beautiful!!! with very cold and wet conditions it was cosy sitting on the very comfortable couch watching the rain with the fire place lit and a glass of champagne .the 1 bed with spa was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a quick romantic getaway, only wish we could have stayed longer.if you can squeeze in a visit to the centennial vineyards you should ...but book its very popular!

Room tip: room 108 was great

Thank you for our beautiful accommodation. I stayed two nights in a two bedroom apartment - with three teenage daughters. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, modern kitchen and bathroom with plenty of dinnerware and cooking appliances to prepare a meal, comfortable beds, warm for our winter stay and free wi-fi! The staff were delightful and helpful. It was also closer to the town centre then I thought and an easy ten minute stroll to the shops and cafes. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Our first mini break since the restrictions have lifted and we are having an amazing stay in beautiful Bowral at the Sebel Heritage Park. Paul, the manager was very welcoming and we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The accommodation is amazing with fabulous decor and the room is huge complete with a corner spa bath. There is no dining on site but plenty of options available nearby. Unfortunately the indoor pool and gym are still closed however we will definitely be back for another stay! With Antonio Moral 😀

We stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe and it was huge, perfect for a short or extended stay. Fully appointed with everything you need in the kitchen if you don’t want to eat out all the time, and laundry facilities.
The bed was comfortable and the room decorated beautifully, absolutely no complaints.
It was a short walk to the Bowral Golf Club and into the CBD.
    Highly recommend.

Our accomodation booked weeks in advanced was cancelled on the day we where to arrive. Just sorry over booked. So they booked us into Peppers Manor house in an entry level hotel room when we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The restaurant where we stayed was closed so had to go out for Breakfast lunch and dinner and pay the same money. Absolute joke. Ruined our weekend and we are extremely upset by this. Booked direct with the Hotel as well, rang them and booked and they rang me the day before saying " just confirming the bed configuration for your stay and what time your arriving etc" then 11 am next day "sorry dont have a room". We had grocery shopped for the weekend thinking we would have a kitchen and wasted about $200 in groceries because we had a tiny hotel room each with a very mini bar fridge, no kitchen, no lounge to sit on. Had to watch the football on the ipad as no foxtel anywhere in the place. Disgraceful and never ever again will we book this place. After the past few months being so challenging this weekend was a welcome relief from the chaos and it turned out to be less than average, everything was a problem. I could not be more upset

Room tip: Dont Trust their booking service try elsewhere first
