For a motel in a small town this is wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and beddings is very comfortable. Would be great if they can provide forks too because we bought takeaways but no forks to eat with it. Friendly host and also I particularly like the outdoor BBQ area. Location is good. I will recommend this.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed one night whilst traversing the New England Highway. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We experienced some road noise but it wasn’t excessive. We felt that the room was good value for money and would recommend the motel.

An absolute gem. The lady at Reception was friendly and happy which was so welcoming after a long day of driving. Only too happy to recommend restaurants etc. The room is very spacious and spotless. A two seater lounge, dining table and chairs and plenty of bench space. Bathroom spotless and ample space. Lovely outdoor setting around the pool and ample car parking. The compendium is one of the best I’ve read in my many travels. Very extensive, covering not just information about the motel but also local shops, supermarkets, doctors, hospitals, wineries/cellar doors, family activities, entertainment, bicycle rides with maps, (include a map of the area) plus the history of Aberdeen.The owners have certainly put a lot of effort into looking after their guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending staying here.
