We have been going to this holiday home for many years and we couldn't find better. It's always very clean and extremely comfortable with everything we need. Jo and Nigel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can't recommend this holiday highly enough. We shall continue to come here every year for as long as they will have us.
My family and I have returned to this lovely holiday let for the last 3 years.
The annex is clean and tidy and backs out onto a large garden, which backs out onto a large ideal for children to run around in. The rooms are a good size and each one has its own en-suite.
Jo and Nigel are great hosts and have plenty of local knowledge of restaurants and places to see.
The annex is only 5 minutes from Perranporth beach with its great surf and sand dunes. There is even a pub on the beach. What’s not to like!
I would have no problem recommending the annex to family and friends as it offers great value in a superb location.
The hosts helped us out with storing surfing equipment and we could walk to the beach easily from the accommodation. The property had everything we needed to cook our own meals when we did not use the pubs and cafes which are just a stroll away. The location of the Annex is close to facilities but on a surprisingly quite location. The bedrooms had their own en-suite shower rooms which suited us well.
Location good and cleanliness satisfactory but ....
Side Access to annex narrow and obstructed by boiler flue exhaust.
Kitchen facilities adequate but insufficient items of crockery and cutlery. Decorations basic and furniture old and worn.
Lighting dull with all lights switched on. No lighting to small kitchen work surfaces. Waste bins in lounge.
Shower in double bedroom does not work easily. Bedrooms/bathrooms seem damp due to lack of heating and ventilation.
Heating by radiators is part of system in main property with control by owners which does not always suit the tenant’s requirements.
Overall the Annex looks tired and not to the standards we expect.
