The cottage is very nice and very traditionally French in design. The accommodation is perfectly situated for local attractions, seal sanctuary and Kynance Cove in The Lizard.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer to use for guests (the tumble dryer is operational with coins - but it's very reasonable).
I would however suggest that the accommodation could do with an slight upgrade, the bed is only a double and as the sleeping area is the entire upstairs, there is ample space for a larger bed and the current mattress in place a very soft and not very comfy.
Also the toilet is cordoned off with wooden walls and the roll top bath is on the sleeping area floor - not ideal if you like you're privacy, but it's fine. The shower cubicle is also very small I think an entirely sectioned off room for a bathroom could be better.
Amazing little cottage located in a wonderful location. We loved how secluded the beach closest to the cottage was and the scenery there was breathtaking. So many walks on your doorstep and easy access to all the main spots of lizard peninsula.
Would highly recommended staying here and will definitely be going back.
Well located and very quirky it is a very nice barn conversion. Quite spacious and very quirky it is very handy for exploring the local sights and is well equipped with good kitchen facilities and a very nice bath and good shower. The Wifi is great making up for poor phone reception! Only issues really are that noise travels making it hard to use the toilet at night without waking your partner and the matress needs to be replaced. It is fairly uncomfortable and with the space available could be upgraded to a king size. If it were me. Julie the manager is also very helpful and friendly
