We have not had lunch in Ashton for ages and we thaught we would have a change from the usual town centre pubs.
The 1st thing in the Bottom Dogs favour was it's large car park, once inside we found the cask ales, were on top form and cheap. The lasagne we ordered was delisous, the only problem we had was, we couldn't finish off the side order of chips and onion rings.
Overall great food, very reasonable prices and good service, what more do you need from a pub at lunch time.
